These Terms of Service apply to you the user of Time4Charity as a site which provides recommended paid to click websites. Before receiving the recommended websites, you have confirmed that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions of these Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree to any of these terms, do not request the recommended websites.
Requests for recommended paid for click websites are presently made through email to: sdwriting@gmail.com after TOS agreement is made until otherwise specified. Time4Charity is not associated by ownership with any of the recommended websites. Please review the terms of service for each recommended website before registering. If you do not agree with the recommended website's TOS and rules for users, do not register. By registering with any of the recommended website(s), your agreement is/are with the site(s) and not with Time4Charity. Following a link from Time4Charity and registering with a recommended website, you become a referral of Time4Charity. The money Time4Charity receives from your activities as a Time4Charity referral will be donated once per year to an approved charity of your choice after all Administrative and Processing Fees (i.e. AlertPay, Paypal) have been paid. Payments to approved charities are not made in the name of the Time4Charity referral. You may not claim the money donated as a Time4Charity referral on your US Tax Return. You must follow the rules of each recommended website or risk suspension and forfeiture of your earnings. You must take measures to protect your computer, passwords, and your finances. The advertisements you view nor the host of the paid for click sites have any direct connection with your charity. Making purchases at, with, or through any recommended sites WILL NOT benefit your charity through Time4Charity. Clickers beware! Make purchases at your own risk. Time4Charity does not accept donations from visitors directly. This site will give to your charity as a direct referral of Time4Charity only. Your email address will not be shown, given, or sold. Using false information will forfeit the earnings as a referral to your charity. Once you are a referral of Time4Charity, you cannot remove Time4Charity as your upline. You may change the benefiting charity with 30 days notice to the site's Administrator: sdwriting@gmail.com Time4Charity is not responsible for submitting your earnings with any of the recommended websites payment processors, nor does Time4Charity have any access whatsoever with your account with the recommended websites. | |
| Time4Charity will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Time4Charity and therefore beyond our control. Time4Charity reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service and/or cancel services at any time without notice. Time4Charity will not be held responsible for any referral, user, supplier, virus, hacking into your computer, advertiser, or advertisement. Time4Charity is not responsible for any tax payment on earnings you receive from recommended websites. It is your sole responsibility to declare your earnings and pay the required taxes. | |
